Shipping Rates for Areas outside Auckland will be automatically calculated at Checkout.

Estimated delivery times* during normal work hours, Monday-Friday:

Auckland - overnight delivery
North Island - overnight delivery
South Island - overnight delivery, or 2 days with economy (for larger parcels)
Rural addresses - Delivery for Rural Addresses usually takes 2-3 days extra

No deliveries on weekends and public holidays.

Signature required delivery - All our deliveries are signature required deliveries with no extra cost to you.

**Neither Courier Post nor GymFreak Supplements is liable for parcels that are stolen, damaged or lost after delivery. Specially when you add Delivery instruction advising to leave parcel at property.



If you have received your order and something is damaged/faulty/incorrect, please contact us to submit a returns application for a replacement, credit or refund. You will need to send us a clear image of the issue, the expiry and batch number for the product, your order number and the item affected within 7 working days of receiving your order.


If your item appears to be damaged in transit, we will contact CourierPost and open an investigation. Please ensure you retain all packaging, as on occasion CourierPost will need to collect the goods for assessment.

Change of Mind Returns

If Product is Powder or Drink, We do not accept any type of Returns/Replace/Refund for products sold because of safety concerns, as once product sold, its away from our supervision.

But, if product is Gym Accessories, Then we will be able to Replace or Return item and give you store credit. You must notify us within 7 days of Purchase and item must be un-used condition.

Requirements for Returns:

  • You must provide proof of purchase stating product you wish to return
  • You must keep product in un-used/sealed condition

If our above requirements not satisfied, GymFreak Supplements reserve right for not to Return/Refund product.
